We are a professional injection molding factory dedicated to providing high-quality, precision injection-molded products. Recently, we had the opportunity to produce a unique LED heatsink for a well-known LED company. This product is made of cutting-edge graphene composite material and, compared to traditional aluminum die-cast products, is not only lighter but also has excellent weather resistance.
Throughout the production process, we encountered many challenges, with each step being filled with hardships and difficulties. Although graphene composite materials have excellent thermal conductivity (with a thermal conductivity coefficient of 90-130W), they are difficult to process, especially prone to degradation during high-temperature injection molding. To address this issue, our engineering team conducted multiple experiments and adjustments, ultimately finding the optimal processing temperature and time window to ensure the material’s superior performance. Additionally, we optimized the mold design to reduce internal stress in the finished product, improving its dimensional stability.
After relentless efforts, we successfully delivered a product that satisfied the client. This heatsink not only met the client's high-performance requirements but also showcased our professional strength and innovation capability in the field of injection molding.
