Introduce

Our company specializes in the injection molding of household garbage disposal housings, which are made from a combination of ABS, BMC, and PA66 materials. The BMC components (thermosetting materials) require the installation of 12 copper nuts in both the front and rear molds. Additionally, the entire product must undergo high-temperature oil spraying, which poses a challenge due to ABS's maximum temperature resistance of only 80 degrees Celsius.
